  • The friendship soiree in November was such a grounding experience. I loved that we worked through one of Arthur C. Brooks’ exercises! it gave me a new lens on how I show up in my friendships. Pair that with honest conversations and time to connect with amazing women, and I left feeling both inspired af! (sorry for my french!).

  • I wasn’t expecting an event to shift my perspective this much. The agenda blended fun networking with really meaningful exercises, including one from Arthur Brooks (Harvard's happiness prof) that I’ve already started using in my own relationships. It felt like therapy and community rolled into one.
